Industry Leaders Join Innovation Awards 2026 Judging Panel at London Packaging Week

London Packaging Week has announced a distinguished group of new judges for the Innovation Awards 2026, sponsored by Nuon, bringing expertise from some of the world’s leading brands in beauty, consumer goods, drinks, and luxury packaging. Their appointment underlines the awards’ commitment to recognising excellence, creativity, and sustainability across the industry.

The newly confirmed judges for 2026 include:

  • Aaron Butler, Global Design & Iconicity Leader at No7 Beauty Company; and Daniel Goodwin, Senior Packaging Technologist at Superdrug. Both bring extensive knowledge of Personal Care & Beauty innovations.
  • Kim Palmer, Head of Packaging Innovation at Trinny London, who will evaluate entries in the premium and reusable packaging sector.
  • Caroline Elms, Director of Procurement at Pladis, and David Bellamy, Environment Policy Manager at the Food & Drink Federation will assess Food and Consumer Packaging designs, focusing on sustainability.
  • For Premium and Luxury packaging, experts Alex Higgs, Isobel Carlill, and Sophia Waywell will lend their insight on high-end materials and innovative packaging for luxury goods.

The panel will join 14 existing members, including leaders from Glenmorangie, Starbucks, Diageo, and Marks & Spencer, bringing unrivalled expertise across luxury, beauty, drinks, and consumer goods packaging.

Last year’s Innovation Awards highlighted standout winners like Heights’ Vitals+ in Consumer Pack, Hotel Chocolat’s Easter Egg in Food Packaging, and Trinny London’s Christmas Gift Bag in Beauty Accessories. This year, the Innovation Awards will showcase the most creative and forward-thinking packaging across multiple categories.

Entries for the Innovation Awards 2026 are open until April 24, 2026, with the winners to be revealed at London Packaging Week on September 16 & 17, 2026, at Excel, London.
