AQua Vera renews partnership with Sidel to expand production capabilities with a new PET bottling line, enhancing output and efficiency at its Castrocielo site.
AQua Vera, a prominent Italian water bottler, has renewed its partnership with Sidel by implementing a new PET packaging line to enhance production at its Castrocielo facility. This new line, featuring Sidel’s turnkey solution, enables the bottling of up to 20,000 bottles per hour in various sizes, including 0.5L, 25cl, and 1L formats. AQua Vera, known for its high-quality water brand ‘Vera,’ which it acquired from Nestlé in 2020, aims to meet increasing market demand. This collaboration builds on Sidel’s established performance, with a prior installation in 2016 proving effective.
AQua Vera’s commitment to quality has been demonstrated in its consistent choice of advanced packaging solutions, which has garnered recognition in Europe. The company, which also manages preform and cap manufacturing through s.i.con. s.r.l., operates three facilities across Italy, with ongoing expansion to fulfill its brand's demand. The new line will allow AQua Vera to boost efficiency and sustainability, a critical focus in today’s beverage packaging industry.
By selecting Sidel’s innovative solutions, AQua Vera is well-positioned to leverage cutting-edge bottling technology to streamline operations while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence. With the expanded capacity, the company can meet evolving consumer needs, affirming its position in the competitive bottled water market.
