Berlin Packaging launches its 1Berlin Shared Ownership Program, allowing employees to own a stake in the company and foster a collaborative work culture.

Berlin Packaging Introduces Shared Ownership Program for Employees

Berlin Packaging has launched the 1Berlin Shared Ownership Program, a new initiative designed to give employees an ownership stake in the company. This global program is automatically available to employees with at least two years of continuous service and requires no financial investment from them. By promoting shared ownership, the company aims to strengthen its collaborative culture and reward the dedication of its workforce, particularly after overcoming challenges during the pandemic. The program includes financial training and quarterly updates to keep employees informed of their ownership stake's performance.

Bill Hayes, CEO of Berlin Packaging, emphasized the importance of employee contributions, stating, 'Everyone contributes to our success, and everyone should share in our future success.' This initiative is part of Berlin Packaging’s broader strategy to empower its employees as the company continues to expand globally, with a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
