Pro-Form Hires Kaitlyn Keith as Sales Representative for the Southwest
Columbus, IN (December 1, 2025) – Pro-Form Custom Packaging is thrilled to announce the addition of Kaitlyn Keith as a new sales representative. She’ll cover the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma regions.
A native of Fort Worth, Kaitlyn’s background blends athletics and proven sales success. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Psychology while playing Division I soccer at the University of Oklahoma. She went on to complete a master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Kaitlyn also holds specialized training from Medical Sales College in Orthopaedic Extremities and Reconstruction.
“Pro-Form is ready for growth and Kaitlyn is part of that,” says Andrew Nehrt, President of Pro-Form. “We’ve worked hard to develop our customer base and reputation in the Southwest. Bringing Kaitlyn on board with her competitive background and sales experience is a critical step toward winning in that market.”
Prior to joining Pro-Form, Kaitlyn excelled in medical device sales across a multi-state territory. Her track record includes exceeding sales goals, leading product demos and mentoring new team members.
She was drawn to Pro-Form’s family-oriented culture and the opportunity to represent a domestic manufacturer dedicated to reliability and quality.
“Something that I took away from college athletics was anytime you're facing adversity, you just have to keep going,” she says. “My goal at Pro-Form is to bring that perseverance to understanding the needs of customers and helping them utilize. I can’t wait to contribute to the company’s future.”
In her new role at Pro-Form, Kaitlyn will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers and expanding Pro-Form’s presence throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
