Veritiv Operating Company has announced its acquisition of Packaging Solutions, a Southern California-based provider of custom packaging products and services. This move reinforces Veritiv’s position as a national leader in specialty packaging distribution while enhancing its strategic presence in the vital Southern California market.

With a longstanding reputation for delivering tailored packaging solutions, Packaging Solutions brings more than two decades of experience serving businesses across the region. Veritiv’s acquisition is set to integrate the regional expertise and agile operations of Packaging Solutions with its own extensive distribution infrastructure and industry-scale capabilities.
