Videojet has launched the 9310 label applicator, designed to improve labelling performance and operational efficiency across rigid and flexible trays, pouches, and containers.

The system supports pre-printed, pressure-sensitive labels ranging from 10–110mm wide and 10–500mm long. Videojet’s Intelligent Motion technology automatically controls web tension, alignment, and movement, adapting in real-time to changes in roll diameter, line speed, or label format. The system is intended to minimize misapplied labels, web breaks, and production interruptions.

Key features include intelligent unwind and rewind, drive control, automatic label gap detection, and an open label path for fast, mistake-free loading. The touchscreen interface simplifies setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

The 9310 can be adapted to different production line layouts, with an optional stand allowing top, bottom, or side labelling with 360° positioning. Ethernet connectivity, configurable I/O, and optional remote service capabilities provide secure diagnostics, alerts, and dashboards for proactive maintenance.
